2023

January 26th 2023 – Happy Christmas to all our DevelopHer community.

After a long hiatus, we are so pleased to announce our first event of 2023 – “Slay beyond your Lane”

Mint, the leading queer women and LGBTQ+ community network with over 65,000+ members is partnering with DiverseCXOs & DevelopHer, two non-for-profit communities offering mentorship, skills-based technology training & career opportunities. The objective is to help women and individuals from diverse backgrounds achieve their career goals and aspirations as well as improving diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of industry including the C-suite.

Research shows it will take more than 200 years for the leadership of the UK’s largest firms to match the diversity of the working population. In addition, McKinsey has stated, ‘LGBTQ+ women are underrepresented at every stage of the management pipeline, considerably worse than LGBTQ+ men’s representation’. DiverseCXOs/DevelopHer & Mint want to accelerate this from 200 years, to today!

We will be bringing together over 150 queer women & wider LGBTQ+ Mint community with 20 VIP queer women and LGBTQ+ role models. Our theme this year is “How to slay beyond your lane!”

The event features: VIP Interviews, speed mentoring with 20 LGBTQ+ role models, drinks, dancing and all at a 5 star venue – be sure to kick your 2023 off in style.

Jan 22nd 2020 – 6.15pm – 9.00pm – We are pleased to announce our first event of the Decade at Depop – Run the World: Fearless Leading. We have a fabulous panel discussing how to lead fearlessly and successfully into the next decade.

2019

Jan 24th 2019, DevelopHer presents Reboot your Personal Brand and how to stand out in 2019 at Syzygy Office. Tickets are £20.

Jan 27th 2019, DevelopHer team Laura Chung, Sally Freeman and Anna Abral will be speaking at Wellness Week at @omeara at 6pm-7pm on the subject of “How to survive and live in high pressure work situations… can you have it all?”
