Max Kalis

Max works as Innovation Culture & Events Manager for the LBG Innovation Labs at Lloyds Banking Group.

The main purpose of this role is establish a healthy culture for innovation throughout the bank. His experience is primarily financial services, digital product development, hackathons, culture & intrapreneurship programme design. Previous roles have included kindergarten teacher, DJ & harbour master. In his spare time he runs UN Influx, a charity dedicated to exploring digital opportunities for a better United Nations (www.uninflux.net).
