Soz helps good ideas happen at creative agency Animl. Before this, she was at M&C Saatchi where she discovered the power of brutally simple thinking. A politics fiend at heart, she writes regularly for the Fabian Society with a special interest in gender. She wants to use the mentoring programme to better understand how technology can disrupt politics. Her ideal weekend is spent dog walking and eating cheese-based snacks.
